How do I register for courses?
There is a 2 step process to register for the online classes.
STEP 1
You register for online courses just like normal classes through http://my.byuh.edu. All online courses are labeled "Section 300 or 301" with room "Online Class."
STEP 2:
After you have added the class on my.byuh.edu, you need to then follow the instructions below
The online classes are in a web program called Instructure. You must request an Instructure ID by sending an email to byuhonlineregister@gmail.com
In the email specify:
- Your name
- The class you have registered for through my.byuh.edu
- The email address you would like to use as the Instructure UserID
You will then receive an email invitation to Instructure. When you receive the email, click on the link and set up your user ID and make sure you type in your first and last name corrrectly. Your username is your email address.
Once you have registered, you can always get to your classes by going to http://byuh.instructure.com
